Your vision.
Built with discipline.
At Odin Official, we build web apps, databases, AI systems, and circuit boards for founders and teams who don't have time to babysit a developer. We also fortify what you already run: systems, servers, networks. You bring the vision. We bring the discipline to ship it exactly the way you pictured it.
What we do
You set the vision. We make it real.
Software and web first. Hardware when the product calls for it. Security woven through all of it. One team, one standard, no handoffs between specialists.
Auth, payments, dashboards. The parts that make software a business.
Schemas and APIs that stay fast when the data grows.
LLM pipelines, document automation, and systems that run unattended. Local models or cloud, tested like it matters.
Circuit boards and firmware, schematic through assembly.
Fortifying what your business already runs: systems, servers, networks, and the configurations attackers go looking for. Assessment, remediation, and hardening, delivered with six years of defense-sector practice behind them. If a breach would hurt, this is the cheapest insurance you can buy.
How we work
Ownership
Your project becomes our responsibility the day we start. Deadlines, bugs, hard calls. If something slips, you hear it from us first.
Communication
You'll always know where things stand. Plain English, working demos, and bad news delivered early, while it's still cheap to fix.
Your Vision
It's your company and your call. We'll give you our best thinking, then build what you decide. Every time.
Discipline
The same standard on day ninety as on day one. Nothing reaches you untested.
Our story
Built to a defense-grade standard.
Odin Official started with a simple observation: most software projects fail for human reasons. Deadlines drift, updates go quiet, scope swells until nobody remembers the original idea. Our founder spent six years in defense and cybersecurity contracting before starting this company, including at Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting government clients and international partners. In that world, those failures are not an option, and the habits that prevent them get drilled until they're permanent.
Those habits became this company. Security-first architecture. A process that reports its own status. Documentation your next engineer will thank you for. And when your own systems need fortifying, we do the same security work we delivered inside the defense sector, pointed at your servers and networks.

How engagements work
Four steps. No mystery.
01
The call
Thirty minutes, free. You describe what you're building; we ask the questions that surface the real scope. If we're not the right fit, we say so and point you somewhere better.
02
The proposal
A fixed scope, a real number, and a delivery date. What's included, what's not, and what each milestone looks like. No surprises buried on page nine.
03
The build
Working demos every week from week one, on a staging link you can open anytime. You talk directly to the engineer building it, and nothing reaches you untested.
04
The handoff
You own everything: source code, accounts, documentation. We walk you through all of it and stay available after launch. Most clients keep us on for what's next; none of them are stranded.
Two ways to work with us: a fixed-scope build with a defined end, or an ongoing engineering partnership that grows with the product. Both start with the same call.
The lab
Built in-house, on our own time.
Client work shows what we ship on a deadline. The lab shows the standard we hold when nobody is paying: real systems we designed, built, and run for ourselves. It's also where new tools earn their way into client projects, proven on our own time, not yours.
Odin Light
KiCad · ESP32-S3 · CAN · RS-485An automotive lighting control system, designed from the copper up. A four-layer hub board around an ESP32-S3, reading the vehicle's CAN bus and driving zones over an auto-addressing RS-485 bus, with the BOM costed for small-run assembly. Rev A is in schematic capture.
Odin Desk
Python · EDGAR · Finnhub · local LLMAn overnight equities research desk. Python ingests SEC filings and market data while we sleep; a local LLM synthesizes the morning brief. 133 passing tests, and it has run autonomously on a nightly schedule for months.
Ghost Trade
Python · backtestingA crypto research system built to answer one question: is the signal real? The backtest ran a convergence strategy across 9,984 rolling windows. It fired once. We publish that number because honest results are the whole point of research, including our own.
Murmur
faster-whisper · local LLM · RTX 4090Local dictation with no cloud round-trip. faster-whisper transcribes, a local LLM cleans the text, everything runs on an RTX 4090 in the office. Cleanup latency holds at 150 to 200 milliseconds, which is the difference between a tool and a toy.
PhantomClick
Python · QtA desktop automation app in Python and Qt. Most of the design iteration went into making it look and feel like it shipped with the operating system, because tools you live in should not feel bolted on.
Start here
Bring us the idea. Leave with a plan.
Until now, every project we've taken came through referral. This page is us opening the doors. Send a few lines about what you're picturing and you'll hear back from the engineer, not a sales team, within one business day. Worst case, the call leaves you with a sharper plan and an honest number. Best case, everything on this page gets pointed at your vision.
